PART I - What Should I Eat?
(Eat food.)
RULE #7 - Avoid food products containing ingredients that a third-grader cannot pronounce.
Basically the same idea, different mnemonic. Keep it simple!

"Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants."
Like I commented once before, I love these posts! But shoot, they're so hard to follow through with :(
ReplyDeleteHow are you doing with the rules?
Courtney:
ReplyDeleteSorry for the delay in responding - I am behind on my blog posts and actions! :(
Even though I am blogging these food rules twice weekly on my rest days, I think it's easier for me to take it one rule at a time (unless it's one I have been following somewhat already on my own naturally). I think it's hard to changeover when something has become a habit and when this stuff is so prolific. I do notice that I shop the periphery of the store most of the time now, and I'm reading labels all the time - a good start !!:)
