    ahh, so sad. I still miss Bobby our Rottweiller-Shepard blend. He lived for 17 years!

    How are the other two dogs taking it?

    @Runnerbill - Thank you for your words. He was wonderful and my ever-faithful companion. He always sat at my feet under the desk whenever I wrote on this blog/on dailymile so there is a huge void now as I type. :(

    @ Andrew - I have never had a dog live for as long as 17 years so that is very very impressive! Clearly he led a terrific life with you. :)

    Thank you asking about my other two dogs. Wallace is very mopey and is glued to my side, following me from room to room. Angus, the big goof, seems oblivious. :(
