An Interesting Find ...

This week, I took my purple workout binder off the bookshelf. It is a former record of my efforts from over eight years ago, and contains a lot of information I collected back then on weight training. In my notes, I found a section that I completed. I am re-typing it here:

By the end of the program, I hope to:
(the following was hand-written)
  • have lost body fat %age
  • decreased pant/dress size
  • feeling more fit
  • feeling like I am being prepared to train for a marathon

It made me smile when I found it because there it was - my desire to run a marathon, evident already this many years ago. Too bad I veered off the path back then ... but not this time!! :) :)
