By the end of the program, I hope to:

- decreased pant/dress size
- feeling more fit
- feeling like I am being prepared to train for a marathon

It made me smile when I found it because there it was - my desire to run a marathon, evident already this many years ago. Too bad I veered off the path back then ... but not this time!! :) :)
